Tayside Police have an online keyholder registration service so that in the event of your property becoming vulnerable or an alarm causes a nuisance through misactivation, a responsible person can be contacted.

Who Should Register?

This service is designed to apply only to domestic premises fitted with an audible-only alarm and any commercial premises with or without an audible alarm. Those premises whose alarms are linked to an alarm receiving centre (monitored alarm) have their keyholders recorded by the monitoring company and do not require to register with this service as we will be notified direct by your alarm company of any changes to your details.

Please complete the Keyholder Registration Form to register keyholders who are able to attend your property within 20 minutes. If you have an alarm installed at your premises please ensure that your keyholders are fully aware of its operation.

Access to information supplied is restricted to Tayside Police, other emergency services and environmental health officers.
